G'day,
As you can see below Ken Burton provided this link: https://www.lelandwest.com/brake-fluid-comparison-chart.cfm under a different
subject and to make it easy to find with the GMC Forum Search function I've plagiarized it and sent it back in under the Subject:
Brake Fluid Comparison Chart.

Brake Fluid Comparison Chart
Updated Feb 24, 2016: AFCO, Amsoil, AP Racing, Bel-Ray, Comar (69 different fluids currently listed).
Here is a comparison of all automotive performance/racing brake fluids showing cost per ounce, SKU unit size, compatibility with
other fluids and most importantly wet and dry boiling points. Each column is sortable, making it a lot easier to figure out not only
the best performer but the best value for your needs.
Prices are more or less best-on-the-web as of the update date. Have a suggestion for an addition to this page? Contact me from my
byline link below.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Unfortunately when I clicked on a number of the small circled i's the links were broken.
Regards,
Rob M.

What you are interested in is the wet boiling point.

Rob
There are actually about 3 companies making all of the brands you have listed.
They private label it to the other companies that market it.
Your list is good though as it gives the names of the brands available in the stores as one cannot but directly from the manufacturers unless you want to buy tankcars or tanktrucks at a time.

The maker of that chart did not include DOT 5 as he stated on the bottom of it. He did so because DOT 5 is only recommended for a few limited environments which do not apply to his posting or the GMC.

DOT 5 Specs (per Wikipedia) Dry 260 C / 500 F Wet 180 C / 356 F
P.O. installed it in my coach. The cost to replace everything is not cheap. Brakes work, that is all I ask.

The biggest problem with dot 5 is that if water enters the system, it will remain separated and collect in the lowest points of the system. Because of this, a normal bleeding will not remove the water due to bleeders being at the high points of each component.
I have noticed a few often overlooked facts of DOT 5. Since it is not hydroscopic, it will not absorb moisture from the atmosphere. Since it is silicone based, it tends to do a good job of repelling moisture. It also provides a very good lubricating base for the rubber components.
IMO
In a properly functioning and properly sealed brake system, water accumulation SHOULD take years to occur if at all. I found evidence of moisture in one of my cars after it had seen close to 10 years of 4 season service here in Montreal with DOT 5. The moisture evidence did not impede function or reliability.
