Judi and I were privileged to attend Dwayne's life celebration in White Rock British Columbia Canada, today. Rarely, in my life
experience, have I been close to a man of such grace and integrity as Dwayne Trueman Jacobson.
Hard to explain my own emotions as we experienced the expression and explanation of life, love and family, by so many others who new
him well.
Like our brother and fellow GMCer Dan Greg and MANY others that rank among the amazing people that grace us within this amazing GMC
community, Dwayne will stand out as a giant.
I am humbled to call him friend and will miss his presence among us..."Happy Trails" my friend, you will not be forgotten as I (WE)
know we will be with you again in the presents of our Lord in Paradise.

Yesterday we attended the Memorial ceremony for Dwayne Jacobson. In
addition to his large family, over 300 people attended. There were at least
20 GMC Cascaders in attendance, many traveling from the United States into
Canada. My best friend and the best man at our wedding is now at peace and
pain free. His earthly journey has concluded. Our sense of loss is
profound but the great memories will remain. I am honored to have known
Dwayne and his family. Sharon asked me to help her learn all about the GMC
so she can continue the GMC lifestyle. My job is far from over, and I
intend to do what it takes to make that happen. Consider it a promise to my
best friend.
