I don't know anything about this specific coach, but she is nice looking.
The Royale by Coachman is my favorite 26' model. I own your smaller cousin,
the 23' Birchaven, also outfitted by Coachman. Similar rear dry bath and
furnishings and built well.
So you're ready to pull the trigger on your own GMC? That's exciting. Have
you looked at any others?
Keep us posted on your progress and don't hesitate to ask any questions as
you pursue your ideal GMC.

Prices are very flexible. At least with new (age?) 16.5 tires, you might not have to consider changing to 16" tires and rims for some time. Photos look good. Needs visual inspection, perhaps with a knowledgeable GMC buddy or a mechanic.
There is nothing too tough to fix on a GMC, only time and money.

Gee,13 mpg. I sure did a bunch of work installing the 6.5 diesel to barely top that figure.
