Due to priority changes, we are selling our 77 GMC ex-Palm Beach. 403. It has 54000 miles and is in very good and restored condition. All systems are in very good working order, original 6K Onan starts easy and runs well. Dashboard air con works well, new compressor last summer.
Here is a list of many of the upgrades done in the 6 years we have owned it:
Top engine rebuilt, heads send out and redone, crossovers blocked, new water pump, fan clutch, recored radiator.
Paterson carb rebuild. Paterson distributor.
Thorley headers. 3" exhaust system with heat shields on the floor and for the fuel tanks.
Fuel tanks pulled and cleaned, new senders and seals, tanks outer rhino lined and an aux electric fuel pump.
All fuel lines replaced including the fillers.
All new hoses and belts including back to the water heater.
Rebuilt steering and front suspension. 3:56 Final drive from Applied. Rebuilt front axles. New front wheel bearings with fitted zirks. Front wheel spacers. New brakes front and rear. New brake hoses front and rear as well as a new master cylinder. Rear bogie greasers. Sullybags with new levelers.
New tires and the proper refurbished 16" steel wheels. Tires don't yet have 50 miles on them.
Aux vacuum pump. Aux thermostat controlled trans cooler with fan. Good engine battery and 2 new 6v house batteries. GPS speedometer and 4 gauge unit replace the stock units. Vacuum, oil temp and trans temp gauges where the radio was. Radio relocated to a custom made center console. New Captains chairs with lumbar.
On the roof a Carrier heat pump for both cooling and heat. 2 Fantastic fans front and rear and a full size bathroom fan. All new vents and lights.
Inside, new Dometic 2 way, electric and propane, fridge, new fridge cabinet, removing the vacuum cabinet for a pantry. Rear full size permanent bed with underbed storage. Newer water tank and pump system. Microwave oven as well as the standard stove and oven. Newer double sink and faucet set.
The dinette has been replaced with a 6' cabinet for more counter and storage, the couch/ bunk recovered, laminate flooring, newer cockpit carpet, dash cover, sun cover for the windshield. Headliner replaced with white plastic material, I forget what it is called. New custom made mini blinds throughout, new stove backsplash, new countertops, new ceiling lighting throughout.
All wrapped in a fresh base/ clear coat custom professionally done paint job with all joints resealed, new side mouldings and LED side markers. Ramco mirrors, Ragusa step, all side and rear windows have limo tint.
Thru the bumper hitch receiver with wiring for a trailer and for trailer brakes.
Matching 8' trailer available.
Garage kept for the 6 years we have had it and stored in a Pennslyvania barn since new according to the PO.
I'm sure I've forgotten a few things. Also the windshields are the originals and the right has a stone chip.
Couldn't tell you what we have in it and frankly, don't want to know. I could play the pricing game with an asking price and all that, but bottom line is $25,000 takes it home. I'm located just outside of Jacksonville, Fl. Message me if interested and we can go from there. This is not a distress sale.
Thanks.
BTW I know this should be in the swap section, but frankly, no one reads that.
Also, tried to load a picture, but they are too big or something. Go to the GMC photo site look up biggreen77. The black and cream one is for sale

Good point, thank you. The coach for sale is the one without the dinette. The one with the leather interior I no longer own. I need to figure out how to post some recent pictures.
