Conventional wisdom on this forum says you'll spend $25,000 all at once or over time to acquire a nice, safe, dependable GMC.
Here are 2 that can be had for that price. Not show quality collector vehicles, but well maintained and dependable daily drivers.
The coaches are in California and I can take them to Applied GMC or MGM-GMC if a buyer would like to have a professional pre-purchase inspection.
1976 Palm Beach- Re painted by PO. Light tan with brown stripe.
1976 Eleganza - Original paint with stripes removed.
2 for the price of 1. $25,000 for both.
Many ads say "Ready to go anywhere" and then the coach breaks down on the way to new owner's home.
I'll do better than that!
I'll deliver any where in the Lower 48, Southern Canada, or Northern Mexico. Buyer pays for fuel and one way airfare back to California.
I will pay the cost for any repairs required during delivery. Both coaches are mechanically sound and are driven regularly. I don't expect any repairs will be necessary.
If interested: Send email to barrowgene@gmail.com and I will send pictures and details.

Gene,
You the man.
What if the engine take a dump?
It is a small percentage, but it's there.
I can tell people out there that Gene knows what he is saying.

Jim,
Thanks for your concern. The offer is only valid if I deliver the coach.
The Palm Beach 455 is a "new" rebuild with only 20,000 miles on it; well broken in and running strong. It also has a new Manny tranny with less than 3 thousand miles and by Jan it will have a new 370 final drive.
The Eleganza 455, tranny and final drive are original with only about 60,000 miles and no issues.
I'm confident that I can deliver either coach without a problem.
I don't think the GMCnet will produce a buyer.
Most people here already own a coach or two. Others seem to be perpetual lookers/tire kickers/wannabes who have been here for years but haven't found that "perfect" coach yet. Not that there is any thing wrong with that.
Maybe some one knows some one who is seriously looking for a GMC

hi JimK, that surely helps alot too but I was mainly commenting on his offer of insurance to deliver/drive them to anywhere. that should add lots of value to them right there.
