The EV6010 I purchased for $100 is missing a couple of key parts. We've found the problem that was stopping it from rotating (Broken plastic piece on the stator) and resolved the low compression (pulled head, removed a bunch of carbon and lapped the valves). So we'ed be ready to run it except the carb is shot and the fuel pump is missing.
I don't have a problem buying new ones but I would really like to check the motor out before I spend a bunch of money on new parts that I would not need if there turns out to be a major issue.
I know some folks have a parts engine. If anyone does and are willing to loan or rent me the carb and fuel pump so I can check mine out, I would be appreciative. I can be reached here or via email at pinkertonk at yahoo dot com or by phone at 2five6 six79 four 488,
