Its on a GMC/chevy chasiss. probably a P30 [aka bread truck] suspension.
You will see a lot of RVs classified as GMCs

Actually this is kinda cool. I have no idea what make it is.

It looks to be fiberglass. If all that bodywork is steel, it was a pretty ambitious project. Heck it was an ambitious project if it was fiberglass, especially for a one-off. Would be interesting to have just to dig through it and see what, exactly, it was.

It is cool in an odd way.

I definitely agree it's beautugly, I'd be all for someone else spending way too much money to get it back on the road.
