This could be a heap, a scam, or a great deal. Hard to say, but it's pretty dang close to me if anyone wants to try to contact the seller to see if it's something worth pursuing.

Looks like it might be worth a look if it has been stored inside. however the phone mailbox has been full, and not taking messages since early this morning,

I see the contact number is a North Dakota area code... (the coach is supposedly in Arizona). Could be someone who's away working the oil fields... or a scam, of course.

It also says the number is a landline and not a cell phone number.

These days, it's hard to really nail down the location of a "land line". I use Magicjack devices for my home and shop phone, which are VOIP devices that might have your "local" number, but can be plugged in virtually anywhere in the world, keeping that number. So I could move and take my "Arizona" number with me to China, for example.

That's not to say that I don't think this is still very likely a scam, but that I wouldn't discount it entirely based on the "out of pocket phone number". If anyone DOES get in touch with the owner, and it really IS where it's shown on the map, I could do a quick look-see for any interested parties since it's just down the road from my home and shop.

Mark, I thought about driving over there and checking out the neighborhood. Of course I'd probably get arrested for some reason Smile

Bob, I'd go with you or vouch for you, but then we'd both end up in the clinker... Wink

Y'know what? I Think I've seen one over there. I have a supplier machine shop that way that I visited a while back.

The pin in the map in the ad is in the middle of a small condo complex. It is probably the center of the zip code. I didn't see it driving around a bit. There is one in that area somewhere. Odd neighborhood. Surrounded by crap, and then some really nice houses on a few nice streets hidden in there.
