I have never seen a coach with such an ugly nose. From the side window design ,storage doors and rectangle headlights I believe it is early 1980's that had a front end collision and someone rebuilt the front sheet metal along with an oversize entry door. It could be a fleetwood mfg coach but only the shadow knows.
