I needed a new tire as my spare. Tires store price for a TL 225/75R- 16 with a load rating E. $198. I got one at the farm store for $108. Also a load rating E. It wasn't on sale. Or any special. And it wasn't from China. Maybe you should check the ones in your area.Bob DunahughIowa

What is the speed rating for the two tires? If the lower priced one has a very low speed rating (for use with farm vehicles) it might not be such a good buy.

It's a truck tire for highway use. With the DOT number. Cooper brand. Not a farm tire. Made 3 months ago. Doesn't the LT before the size stand for light truck?
