I tried it again with my volt meter (had a neighbor assist first time with his meter) and my readings with my meter read as follow: HEI/Choke 12.56, same for both, step 1 isolator 14.95, step 2 14.32, 14.32, step 3 top 12.95,center 13.91,bottom 13.10. I cannot check the rest of the steps
