G'day,

We're run into a bit of bad luck and won't be able to take the Rhine River Cruise Deo Trovao has organized, attend the GMCWS Rally
or attend the GMCMI Convention. Helen has been diagnosed with spinal / lung cancer and will be starting chemotherapy Monday August
3rd.

We'd much rather be on our way to Europe!

Regards,
Rob M.

Robsorry to hear this. Today was my first chemo treatment. The local GP gave up on me giving me less than a month.  Then a specialist went to work and found a surgeon - one only in BC that looks at this this type of cancer caused by Asbestos and has a high success rate of dealing and operating. She has agreed to take my case. More later.  I have a lot of prayer support and will have prayers directed for Hele's recovery.lovedwayne jacobson

Oh hell, Rob, I’m sorry to hear this. I’m am frequently amazed at the state of medical arts today. Best wishes to your bride for speedy victory over that thief cancer. And best wishes to the team of physicians who will assist her. There has never been a better time to battle disease, and I’m certain your attention to detail and strength will benefit her care.

I wish I could help.
