Can anyone tell me of such a coach? I have looked for one for so long, I am
loosing faith in the idea. I will be most appreciative for any help and
leads.

I would like to buy a clean 23 w/side bath and all systems working. It
must be ready for me to drive it home to Florida.

If you had more pictures and details, that would be helpful too. I am a
very serious buyer and have already traveled a lot tiring to find one to
buy and have been disappointed over and over.

Thanks to all in advance

Vincent, there is a 1978 Birchaven for sale in Quebec Canada. Kijiji.ca Quebec Ad ID 1080612265. Price is 17,900 Canadian x .75 = 13,425 US dollars. Please note that Kijiji is a website similar to Craigslist.

The Asking price is $17900 US not Canadian, but like anything else if what you deal for.

No reason to fret, Vincent. Your 23' w/side bath is waiting for you in
Pinetop, Arizona. It is ready to take you anywhere you want to go. Bring
your gear with you and return to Florida with confidence as she already
knows the way!

for a clean 23 w/side bath
Too bad my 73 Sequoia doesn't qualify. If I had the Onan plumbed, wired, and tested, it would be close.

16" steel wheels with new tires. Odyssey seats. Should go down the road just fine, living space systems need to be re-activated (I winterized it in September 2012 and haven't put water in it since).

This one is NOT turnkey/ready to use. But it is a good value. Asking $8000, negotiable.

I should have suggested, depending on how much you are willing to pay, you could drop this one at Jim Bounds' on your way home and have him put the house systems in order. Just saying.

Thanks all. I will keep the one in AZ seems most likely but thousands of miles from me. Perhaps the GMC meet in central Florida might be worth a trip in September. Keep them coming if you think of any. Cheers

This one is in Oregon, looks nice, the alloy wheels look unusual to me.

Those "unusual alloys" are American Eagles. I've got the same ones and have seen them on a few GMC's in the Pacific NW.

Ronald, this eBay auction is ended. Do you know anything more about it than that. If you did I would contact this owner. It looks ok. Thanks

I had sent a question - tire date codes, mileage on the B&M, did whomever owned it run it up to the marked (6K rpm) redline on the tach? He promptly deleted the original listing. New one shows 5K miles on engine and trans. If I remember, Manny the T isn't happy about shift kits in the 425 in motorhome service. And regardless the cam, if he's winding it to 6K before shifting, I'd stand away from it. Tires are aged out (2007). I think he's high on his $ by about 7 - 10K, depending who built the engine and trans.
