This is the 120VAC system diagram from page 90 of the X-7321A operating manual:

It lists item #7 as a "#8 COPPER GROUND WIRE".

There is no item #7 in the accompanying drawing.

Can somebody tell me where this ground wire is located?

Item #7 is one of the conductor in item #2. It runs from the breaker panel to the male end of the long cable that you plug in to shore power or the Onan. I have no clue as to why they listed it as a separate item.
