I'm one of those people that is a member in years when I hit convention but tend to drop off in others. Not sure why since I'm always an FMCA member and it's not that expensive, but it just seems to be my lazy pattern.

Still a valid rule on convention attendance, you get one freebie to attend without being a member.

Good afternoon,
GMCMI holds two conventions a year (spring and fall) and the rule does
apply to them. But the “summer” rally was a suggestion by working members,
members with families and members located in the north. From these
suggestions, the “Great Summer GMC Motorhome Rally” was born.
To confirm, the “Great Summer GMC Motorhome Rally” is open to EVERYONE.
We welcome you to come and enjoy this special summer rally and check out
what GMC Motorhomes International and the GMC Motorhome Community is all
about. The rally will include tech sessions, vendors, breakfasts, catered
meals, flea market, open house and much more.
The “Pineblock” Derby will be held plus a special clinic to build your GMC
Motorhome racer. The clinic welcomes everyone to participate. Parents
working with their child on building a racer to adults fine-tune their
racer. It will be fun for all!
What a great opportunity to vacation in a location that offers things for
young and old. Better yet, have the chance to meet the individuals you
read and correspond with via the phone, email, facebook and/or the gmcnet.
