This will sound like a silly question but is it cold enough in the coach to actually turn the furnace on? I have an NT 30, and if the inside tstat is pegged above 80 (most of the time in the summer) no matter how high you turn the furnace up it will not light as its not calling for heat.

Connect the 2 Tstat wires together and the furnace fan should come a live if your relay is good and you have 12v and good ground to furnace.. This will by pass the T'Stat causing the relay to engage the fan.

What was wrong with the old wire?

After removing old wire found a pinch/frey point. Must have been the
reason for the voltage drop.
