I made my own gasket.
Gasket sheet, Hammer, and El-cheap-o punch kit from Horror Fright.
The 3.21 is a planetary type, and is a wee bit noisy on cold mornings until the oil warms up.

The drive-train from Glenn, and BJ's GMC is being removed now. I told John, and Teresa to bring me everything as one chunk. I need to pull the cover to determine the ratio. If it's a 3:07. They have a lead on a 3:21. Be better. I like the 3:70 for my use. But thinking of going to 4:10 in my GMC.I'm building the 455 at no charge. As I want to know why a 455 with 8,000 miles on it failed. I think the problem involved the HV pump. The bearings will tell the complete story. These engines run at low RPM's. But I want to balance it to see how close they are from GM. Their 350 miles from me. Hope to get it by Sunday.Bob Dunahugh
