A blue GMC, white roof with a scooter on the back.
Heading north on Trans Canada Hiway just south of Duncan.
Was it Rob from Victoria, BC?

It was!
We were heading up to Quadra Island - just got back yesterday.
The funny thing is - we passed TWO GMC's on the way back! I'm not sure if they saw me - but I was waving like crazy...
