It got loaded on a trailer yesterday at their home just West of Springfield Ill. Then next Thursday it will be delivered to John, and Teresa Millers home that's just West of Springfield Mo. Linda, and I have known them for about 12 years. They'll be great care takers of this GMC. There both 59. And have a great love of older cars. They live right on Route 66 next to a tourist attraction. Our GMC's, and club's will get good exposure there. As I'm setting up a display. Their also joining GMCMI. They fix up cars from the 60's to sell. Their another couple that I've talked into the GMC life. I've made them secretary of the club. ( Bob Dunahugh's made me spend alot of money club. ) There's a Prez, and VP. I'm chairman of the board. I'm going to go down there to pull the engine. The 455 has about 8,000 miles on it since a rebuild. So I'm VARY interested in finding out what went wrong. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale. Member GMCMI. Please source American

Bob,

Let me know if you need any help. I live in Battlefield, MO just adjacent to Springfield on the southwest side. I don't know how far West the Millers are but would love to meet them and invite them to join our local Flatlanders club.

I told Teresa, and John how friendly, and helpful the GMC people are. If anyone wants to send some, welcome to the GMC world. That would be great. Their e-mail address is tkmiller714@yahoo.com. We need to encourage them to join in.And Randy. There about 10 miles from you. Bob Dunahugh
