John,
Actually it is a BIG DEAL. LED’s are polarity sensitive! That means that the center pin of the socket must be the positive or + off the DC power. If you have hitched them up so the positive or + is on the outside case they will NOT work and you may have damaged them beyond repair. You may get lucky and they may work when you get the polarity correct. I used to sell the LED marker lights for several years and the first sheet of paper was a warning in big bold letters on correct polarity. I checked all light assemblies before shipping. It is amazing how many people DO NOT READ the instructions.

My problem is that the electrons aren't flowing anywhere. I pulled the LEDs and switched back to the original bulbs for troubleshooting.
