After replacing my upper rad hose and thermostat at the same time, I decided to acid flush my cooling system. Between all of the filling and rinsing I found a good way to fill the system without the need for multiple heating and cooling cycles. I filled the system through the heater return hose instead of the radiator cap. It's high enough that you get a good fill the first time. i just pulled it off the heater core fitting and put a funnel on it. BTW it took about 6 gallons.

Bob,
For the record, in regards to capacity, do you have a 23 or 26 foot coach, and do you have a water heater that uses engine coolant?

Good point--it's 26ft and has a rear heat exchanger in the hot water tank.
