I keep revisiting this old bookmark and am starting to want a set for redundancy.

I do have already a stiff pipe setup that has been in use before. It is only to get somewhere fast and very short distance and driving very slow.

I always felt that a couple of the long urethane jounce bumpers slid over a threaded rod would be a good emergency fix--not as unforgiving as a solid rod.

The only problem I had with the springs is compressing them to get them in.
Without a compressor I had to remove the rear shock and lower the boggie way down
to install them.
