You got 11.5?! How did you do it?

EFI?
No.
Fancy Spark Control?
No.
Magnets on your fuel lines?
No.
Special slippery wax?
No.
New fancy engine?
No.
Secret final drive ratios?
No.
Driving 45 mph?
Then how did you do it?

Six weeks ago our friend Randy had to drop a tank and I didn't have enough cans to empty his tanks completely so we pulled my coach along side and pumped some into my tanks. Five weeks later my tanks seemed much fuller than I remembered. After driving 100 miles and getting gas, I had gotten over 11.5!

Get a friend to put gas in your coach while you are parked and you can get 11.5 as well.

When I first came to work in the US in 1986, I wondered why US cars gave such lousy milage.....even "normal" sized ones (by UK standards) seemed so thirsty....even taking into account AC etc
.............then I found out that a US pint was 4OZ short of a real pint!

Your welcome and thanks for the help with my fuel pump problems.

76 Birchaven - "Wicked Mistress" - New engine, trans, alum radiator, brakes, Sully airbags, fuel lines, seats, adult beverage center... those Coachmen guys were really thinking about us second hand owners by including that beverage center... Columbia, SC.
