Is the main drain pipe 3", can I use drain pipe from Menards,or is this
special for RV's.

If this is the drain pipe you want to use you should be OK:

Make sure you get the right glue for ABS.

Bill,

The ABS pipe used in RVs is dimensionally identical to domestic PVC (Big Box stuff) It is used in RVs only because it is more rigid than PVC. But as Rob said, you do need the proper cement to bond the two different materials. It is not hard to find.
