28 degrees last night and this a.m. at Noccalula Falls campground. Was in the 50s yesterday when we went to Tigers for Tomorrow, a large animal rescue. Generally we don't camp in this weather since I removed the furnace years ago when we lived in South Florida. But it is spring break. Couple of 1500 watt space heaters kept the coach in the low to mid 60s all night. Little ones in footie jammies and blankets kept us all happy after campfire s'mores. A GMC is best when used! Hike to the bottom of the falls this morning then a nice ride home this afternoon

Home and unloaded after a nice short trip. Kids did quite the hike today down and behind the falls. Over 5 miles with probably 250 vertical feet was a lot for 3.5 year old legs but a comfy rest in the coach on the way home has them back playing in the yard. Love those great family trips!

Almost 60 degrees today. That's downright tropical.

Despite the crocus just starting to sprout, we woke to a dusting of snow this morning and 26 degrees, it's been a long hard winter in the northeast, burned about 7 cords of wood.
Wednesday's forecast is the first day in the 60's, hope it's not a cruel April Fools joke.
Thanks for the post Jeremy.
