Started to install my aluminum radiator and have run into a little glitch. Instructions say to move the lower passenger side mount bracket as I did but after setting the radiator in place it throws the upper bracket out of alignment. Because the upper bracket has an offset at the filler neck, there is no room to move the upper bracket outward. I can move the drivers side upper bracket, move the whole bracket toward the passenger side an inch and add to the whole upper frame on the drivers side about an additional inch. Then trim the passenger side the inch I added. Seems something isn't right here, any thoughts?

Yes, I found the same problem. I found that the top saddles needed to be
moved like the bottom. The top plate bolts in place and can be moved side
to side a bit. I wound up enlarging the opening for the neck of the
radiator. Not a great fix, but no interference. The core is wider than the
brass/copper one. Some thing's got to give.

Sir: I used 3m weatherstripping adhesive to glue the new rubber to top pass side of radiator and left the bracket off. I glued the new rubber to the lower pass side frame without the bracket. Left the factory upper and lower rubber and brackets on drivers side.
