He is actively working on it and plans to have it available for GMCMI Patterson LA. I just finished using it to realign mine as a proof test of the writeup. Other GMC gurus are also reviewing it.

Brian,
First of all I want to make it clear that what I've been working on is based on information and experience gleaned from Dave Lenzi
and Alex Ferrara.
I flew down to Adelaide last month and worked with Peter Bailey on this project. He has a LHD GMC which we used as a "test bed" for
our procedure. We took a heap of pictures showing how to align the steering column, lower steering shaft, and the steering gear box
input shaft on high center. When I got back to Sydney I wrote a step by step procedure and sent it to Dave Lenzi, Alex Ferrara, Ken
Henderson for review. I sent it to Steve Southwood to validate it.
Unfortunately Steve ran into something that we did not when working on Peter's coaches. The bad news is that The Blue Streak here in
Sydney uses a steering box out of a Cadillac and it won't help me figger out why Steve ran into a problem with the procedure. The
good news is that I am flying back to the USA next Tuesday, February 17th to work on Double Trouble and this is the first thing I
will be working on. Hopefully with help from John Sharpe as he lives up to his name! :-)
Considering the level of effort going into this procedure from all the parties involve I am sure when we're done following it will
rectify any problems that mis alignment of the steering column, lower steering shaft, and the steering gear box input shaft is
causing.

Rob M.

Brian Waddell wrote on Sat, 11 April 2015 19:43I thought there was a plan to talk about steering at the convention.....Brian
There were about 8 hours of seminars devoted to checking components (Me presenting my version of Rob Muller's presentation), steering box alignment (Alex Ferrara), setting ride height, and aligning all six wheels (Ken Henderson)...basically steering wheel to wheel hubs.
I believe there is a similar series of seminars planned for the fall GMCMI rally in South Dakota. Some things were learned at the Patterson rally in terms of how to present the information that will be incorporated into the next version. Rob will present his stuff instead of me so the A team will be in the house.
At some point, the annotated slide set with embedded videos will be put in the public domain.

I suspect not until after the fall convention but it's not my intellectual property so I don't really have a part in that decision. I believe however, that the goal is to consolidate what we at did Patterson with the ideas that evolved regarding how better to present the information in both comments, slides, and videos and put that all together into something that is understandable by normal people.
