I received the following comment on one of my Youtube videos about an hour
ago. Figured I would pass it on.

"Hi, I saw your video of the storage problem. We have a 1978 GMC that
needs an air bag. Can some one out there please help my husband get one
that works at a reasonable price. We have it up for sale on Craig's list
Wilmington NC, but no photos of interior. It is beautiful, but we need to
sell it because my husband has parkinson's disease and is no longer able to
work on the GMC's he so loves. He has had many, and he can tell you some
stories about them too! Thank you so much for sharing your story with us.
Call Rudy if you can help him find an air bag at a reasonable price. Thank
you GMC folks. I think he still belongs to the Nor'easters. He is
originally from Connecticut, so he probably knows everyone out there with a
GMC. If you have any problems with your GMC you can call Rudy Litke in NC
@910-454-4010. P.S. He does not know that I am writing this. Surprise!
Isn't technology wonderful!!!! Thank You, a concerned GMC wife."

All of my GMC stuff is in Mississippi, about 12 hours away. Anybody got a
spare that's good enough to put on one being sold?

Seriously. John Morgan runs a $100M firm. I think we may be the biggest

decided he wanted to get into the Veterans Benefits practice area, and me

get into the ground floor at Walmart when they first started. Working for

much money as I can work at... and I can work pretty darn hard.

My first case has already paid off; I got a widow $50k in benefits she'd
been wrongly denied. Of course, VA is refusing to pay me over a
disagreement in interpretation of the regulations dealing with when we
attorneys can get paid; if I lose the argument it means that I'm out
postage and copy fees and some long distance calls and I won't get the 10k
attorney fee, but at least she'll be able to keep it, so even if I lose
it's still a good outcome for the widow.

I totally need to do a clinic at GMCI on Veterans Benefits.

The best thing is that I don't have a supervisor or coach. My official
"boss" is the senior partner in charge of the entire Social Security/VA
orbit of the firm, and he's in another city. I'm drowning in phone calls
and mail and telephone conferences with potential clients, but I'm not on a
quota or time clock or anything like that.

Bottom line is that I'm working harder than ever and I'm happier than ever
and I'm hoping that I'll actually start seeing some payoff soon. This is an
expensive hobby, and I want to get my rigs fixed up and down here to
Florida where I can play with them!

Robin, thanks for taking care of widows and orphans of our Viet Nam Vets.
Agent Orange has been depleting the ranks. Darn stuff probably is

I think that the installation of a Sullybilt system would probably be the best solution here.

Surely there is someone close to Wilmington that could help this lady out with installation if she is willing to pay for the equipment!

If the coach is as nice as described, an allowance in the selling price could be offered to a prospective purchaser.

I have an airbag that is in good shape that I will give him(price non-negotiable). I called Rudy's phone number and got voice mail. As soon as I can get his address, I'll get the part shipped out. I put the Sully system on my coach about a year ago and the OEM airbags are taking up space in my shed. It sucks that he is forced to sell his beloved coach for health reasons so maybe this will help brighten his day.

Robin,
Just read this today and it might help a vet from the Gulf War.

Researchers at the University of California in San Diego found that 80
percent of the Gulf War vets they treated with just 100 mg of CoQ10 a day
showed significant improvement in physical function.

Lead author Dr. Beatrice Golomb, a professor of medicine at the university,
said that all the evidence "links Gulf War illness to chemical exposures.

"These chemicals can damage mitochondria, which generate the energy our
cells need to do their jobs," she said. "When these powerhouses of the
cells are disrupted, it can produce symptoms compatible with those seen in
Gulf War illness."

Once that happens you become vulnerable to all kinds of symptoms and
diseases.

The vets in the study had symptoms such as headaches, fatigue,
irritability, problems with recall and muscle pain. And that all improved
during the CoQ10 therapy.

Dr. Golomb said that since civilians and veterans alike can suffer from
"toxin-induced health problems," this research is of importance to
everyone.

Update: Airbag is on its way via a big ugly brown truck. Should be there on Wednesday.

Robin,

Keep up the good hard work. Mr. Morgan's going to need more money in his ongoing campaign to get veterans in Florida the medication they need. He's spent quite a bit already. His personal story is very compelling. You should do well too. Hope you get some time soon to work on your GMC.
