would like to get one that is not drawing on the 12Volt system. I know they make 10 year lithium for homes, but are not rated for RV use(I guess not for extreme freezing and heat and vibration)
anybody know of one? not coming up in my searching yet.

Sorry - I do not know of any specifically rated for permanent RV installation. In my case I simply take two out of the house and put them in the RV before I set sail and then put them back in the house upon my return. Once parked in a camp site I will use their self-test buttons to make sure they didn't sustain damage due to vibration while on the road.

You want to look closely at those 10 year battery life claims. Most of those are for lithium batteries used as backup batteries in hard wired systems, not stand alone battery systems. We use the hardwired/lithium backup ones in our shop, and I don't think I've yet to have one go more than 4 years.
