Just off the top of my head... IIRC:
In 1974 there was an upgraded coach shown at some auto show. It had automotive (flexsteel?) type seating and a generally upgraded interior. Nicer materials and no plywood/foam seating. It was called the Eleganza.
It was a hit and GM made some for sale, the 1974 Eleganza SE. (I THINK the "SE" was for "Special Edition," I'm not sure if the auto show coach was an "SE" or not.)
Starting in 1975 basic idea (flexsteel seating & better materials) was used in ALL 1975 and up non-transmode coaches. (Other than the Edgemonte in 1976.) They just varied the colors for different models.
The follow-on to the 1974 Eleganza SE was the Eleganza II.
For good reason, the Eleganza II was the most produced model, even without including the numbers for 1974 SE's.

There was an Eleganza II later.

An then there is the Eleganza SE. I have a '74 SE, Special Edition. It claims Tinted Windows is one of the Special features. The windows have something about grey etched on them but I thought all GMCs had some tinting. There is also some add on tinting, but if it is factory it is not special.
'74 Eleganza, SE, Howell + EBL
Best Wishes,
George

My GMC had a wiring harness tucked up behind the rear frame cross member in front of the bumper. The wires are properly color coded for a towing connector.
If you should want to wire in a trailer brake controller there is a wire that runs from a connector just to the left of the drivers knee to the read inside of the motorhome along the inside of the drivers sidewall.
I use a seven pin connector.
Tail lights, brake, left turn , right turn , ground and a 12 volt lead from the house battery to the toad battery to keep the toad charged when driving. My Brake Buddy otherwise would draw down my toad battery.
That leaves an extra pin in case I want to add anything.

I never could find the "blue wire" inside my coach next to the driver's knee so I just ran another one from the controller to the back when I ran wires for the backup camera.
