From what little research I've done, is seems that passenger vehicle wiper motor speeds range from 40-110 rpm in general. Funny that most of the information I find published on wiper motors is from robotics hobbyists. I have not been able to find any specs on the The Chevy II,Nova/Malibu 2-spd. unit used in the Thermasan system. Since the rated pump output is dependent on the drive motor speed, I am hoping to get an idea about the pressure coming out of the pump. I'll be logging every shred of info I can find on the fledgling Thermasan Owners' Group. All of the user based info I have to date seems to have come from this forum. I'll try not to wear the subject out here. I have enjoyed following this group on other matters for quite some time. Looks like the few owners who are serious about getting a working T-san system are stuck on the exhaust injector. Good day to all!

I welded a bung onto the exhaust pipe and used a 1/4" SS tube with a bored through compression fitting. The tube goes about 1/3rd the way into the exhaust pipe. I have about 6" of tube on the outside of the exhaust pipe. I left this length so the tube would be cooler where the high temp silicone hose connects attaches.

Any published speed info for that motor in service on a wiper system will not be useful for the thermosan. The motor on the thermosan has a diode jumper installed to increase the speed.
