I had a look before buying mine. Older photos do not reflect the interior
wear presently showing. Some stains and signs of leaks. Paint has some
chips and seam cracks. Tires and wheels are good. Did not notice date
codes but I think they were recent. Genset control board had an issue and
it was missing the key for the locked cord door on the drivers side. Ran
fine otherwise. Bathroom had issues with sign of some short or electrical
overheating inside the cabinet. Dinette was on a raised platform instead
of low on the floor for some reason. Price was high for what it is in my
opinion.

Additionally - it's been listed for quite some time (since mid spring?). We don't get many listed near here (on the CDN side of the border, that is!), so I think Bob's assessment may have clues as to why it hasn't sold...
