A friend of mine learned of an Olds 403 engine that is for sale. He called to ask if I was interested. I'm not because I have a freshly rebuilt 455 in my coach and a spare 455 on hand. As I understand it, the 403 was running when it was taken out of a 40-something mile car. He wants $500. The man's name is Matt. Phone 270-564-5560. Engine is in Paducah, KY.

Interesting as there is another complete 403 that came out of a 78 GMC, also
in KY.
