I don't have one but when this comes up it's usually suggested to check for voltage. They supposedly are sensitive to low voltage. Also check for a sticky sail switch or a slow fan. Both the sail switch and the fan may get stiffer with colder temps and not work as they should.

My Suburban furnace did not work. It turned out to be a sticking gas valve. Someone here on the net had suggested that tapping gently on the valve may help. Gentle did not work but it came to life when I got more aggressive with it. After that I had intermittent issues but found that even tapping near the propane connection would open the valve. The more I used it the better it worked. It even got to the point where I could get it to light by kicking the base of the cabinet or even the floor near the cabinet and it would light.
That being said, voltage is very important. Always verify proper electrical connections and voltage. For the actual gas valve, replacement would be the best answer, although some say they could be lubricated with a graphite spray. Replacement would be labor intensive as the furnace would likely have to come out.
It might be worth tapping on the gas valve. JWID, your results may vary.

As mentioned, I would look at the voltage. Mine did the same thing, worked fine, then would not light. Battery meter on the panel was in green, just above yellow. Plugged it in to shore power and it fired right up. This was also listed in the trouble shooting guide I downloaded and linked in a prior post on this thread. Very helpful information.
Perhaps there is some soot/rust in the burner. I took my furnace out, removed the burner, as read on a previous write up, I took a hacksaw blade to the burner slats. Cleaned them all up as they were all 90% plugged, Blew compressed air through everything,and probably removed a 1/4 cup of rusted bits,
Hardest part was putting it back in under the sink, Two person job to line up the vent properly, and then push it back in from under the sink.
1.5 hour job and it works very well now.
For what its worth, I also cleaned up the sensors which sit in the flame with some fine sandpaper,
I was able to find replacement gaskets for that small rectangular door and the larger burner access door on the front.
part 0071076, Got them from Marks RV in NY. 5 bucks plus the ride. Direct fit. for an NT 30M which I have in my Royale.

Put it all back together and it runs very well, Nice blue flame now all the way down the burner.

When my buzz box died the first indication was the furnace wouldn't work. It would try to fire a few times and then would just sit and run the fan continuously. After I replaced the box it the furnace worked fine.
Does yours try to fire?

As far as sticking gas valves go I used to have that problem. The dang thing would work fine when I would check it then on a cold night it would stick shut wife didn't care much for frost on her nose or me saying it works now . I took it apart and found a sticky substance on the seat and flapper . I cleaned it with alcohol and sprinkled graphite on the parts. It hasn't had a problem in the past 8years. I would replace the valve or do as I did or it will likely stick again.
