I had heard about Alex Ferrara and his "magic" steering adjustments, and decided to check it out for myself. The rumors are true, it really works great.
I can't believe I drove this thing 2000 miles from Arizona to WV with mushy floating steering, the difference is amazing. Alex is a perfectionist and a master mechanic who won't stop until the thing is dialed in perfectly. I can steer easily with one hand and recover quickly from the giant big rig wash
The difference in how my coach handles is literally night and day. Alex is going to be doing a seminar of his steering adjustment technique at the Wisconsin GMCI rally next week .
Check it out if you're tired of sloppy steering or being told that "that's just the way they steer..."
Thanks again for everything Alex!

The AC works great now too.

JS, I don't know you nor do I know where you live. I do know Alex and he is what you say. The man has never touched my coach but I watch him help others at every convention. Alex has been attending conventions ever since Dick Paterson found him lost along some lonely road down south and dragged his butt to our convention. Not one time have I seen him mis diagnose a problem. I have seen him help our professionals who have done this much longer than he has. Alex is a man of his word. He has a wife second to none. She is so sweet. I just can't see her hanging out with the likes of Alex, but she sees something in him. That is our que. a man has a good wife, then he must be an honest guy. I say all of this to let folks know, I would trust Alex with any problem my coach might have. So glad this couple has come along to be a part of our group.

He and his wife stopped by Indy on their way up to the rally in Wisconsin. I thought my coach was handling pretty well, but he took a look and found that my steering box was out of adjustment. He spent about 30 minutes working on it and it handles better than our minivan now. Amazing!
I am impressed by his generosity and enjoyed talkiing with him and his wife. What great people to have in the gmc community.
It was also nice to have him validate the good work of Cory's Automotive in Greenfield where I've been having my mechanical service done. Now my smile is a little bigger every time I see my GMC!
