Question for those who have removed your bumpers. Are the sides just flipped over for right and left? Or are they actually two distinct parts, specifically for each side.
I can see that front and rear sections are not interchangible.
Going to powder coat front bumper first. Due to rust/corrosion pits, I would like the pits to face down and not be so visible.

You can flip them left to right, turn them upside down, but not front to back.

I was really discouraged about my slow progress until you said you were doing 10-12 hr days. OK now I feel better. Thanks for mentioning that. <no grin>

I just want him to bring me a set of those aluminum cabinets to Chippewa Falls. You can talk about bumpers AFTER he gets enough cabinets made to meet the demand.

Actually it's at LEAST 12 hours for the past 2 months...except for Sundays...then it's only 8. Carolyn thinks I'm nuts. Of course, she keeps pointing out 'things' that need to be 'finished' where I'd probably be willing to go with a prototype level of finish. sigh...

That's Mr. Pinkerton - always teasing us mere mortals with some new project "in a couple of days". A project that would take us mere mortals a "couple of months" or a "couple of years". I sure hope with all the work he's doing on the GMC that he doesn't show up at Chippewa Falls with a completed Monique in an Art Deco car hauler. If that's the case I'm gonna put my head under the rear frame and cut the air lines cause there will never be any hope for us mere mortals. <GRIN again>
In any case, if you have them available, or if you have time (????), would you please bring one of your front compartment work trays with my name on it with you to Chippewa Falls.
