Just a minor comment. Took a short highway trip and half way through noticed the Powerlevel was still on full raise. (I forgot the reset after getting out of the barn). I put it to travel but did not notice any difference in handling or control. I was under the impression there would be some noticeable change.
Any comments?

Steve,
That would only depend if you actually had the coach in the fully raised position. Just because it was doesn’t mean it was. I can tell you from MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE that my coach was a more flighty with the rear height that was higher than correct ride height position. The front steering geometry changes when the rear is higher than the correct ride height. A short trip may not be a good indicator, but when your out on the road doing 2400 miles it can be very noticeable. When I finally got the ride height set correctly on the stretch set correctly it drove considerably and noticeably better. This last trip to Tucson was great.

JR is right. First of all is your front end height set right. Then what are your TRAVEL &
RAISE settings and is the system actually cycling thru the settings up and down. It sometimes
takes a few minutes for the system to go from one setting height to another. In town or up to
about 35-45 mph RAISE will feel ok, especially turning corners. At highway speeds in RAISE it
will feel a little squirrelly and the coach will want to hunt all over your lane. TRAVEL will
drop the rear raising the relationship of the front to the rear. Check your height levels
against the settings in the maint. manual. One problem is if you drive it out of wack and get
used to the feelings, that will feel normal to you. I found that out recently with my brakes.
They felt fine to me because I had adjusted to them. In the end I only had front brakes.

Thanks for all the comments. It was in full raise, valves on raise, 125psi on gauge. When on full raise and switching to travel it takes approx 5 minutes to bleed down to travel level. No need to have the key on as it is powerlevel. It works as long as there is pressure in the tank. The trip was only 40 miles with 20 in raise and 20 in travel.
What I wanted to know was what to look for and your answers gave me what to look for.

Jim,
Steve has a PowerLevel System so at highway speeds the pump would inflate the bags to the pressure switch setting.
Double Trouble has an OEM system with all new lines and JR's valves, a manifold on each side. The solid state pressure switch you
installed shuts the pump off at 140 psi and normally the bags run around 85 - 90 psi when in Travel. Both the front and rear ride
height are spot on.

The system works only when the key is on. When you were "at the barn" it
may be a silly question but was the coach running when you flipped it to
"travel"?
