What year and model is the coach used in this movie.

My wife loves the paint.

I think it is a 77 or 78 based on the dash. They reversed the paint scheme from a 78 palm beach. Originally a 78 palm beach would have had the darker green at window level. The em50 has the darker green below the stripe band.

I wouldn't copy it but the EM-50 was on my mind when I chose the colors
for mine. Your wife has impeccable taste.

When Jim G., Cal T. and I drove the Cabana to LA for that "Rock my RV"
show, we were sitting in Denny's a little punchy and I blurted out in a
weak moment that we should build an EM-50 look alike. It became a
challenge for me but after printing off a few stills from the movie I found
the EM-50 was a real exterior rig job. Still frame and blow up the pic,
you will see some very sloppy building. There was a reason they did not
dwell on the EM-50 fully deployed-- it looked bad. Let down I still wanted
to build something so that was the push behind the camo paint work, the
"Animal House" sharks teeth from the black Lincoln, a white army star and
bullet holes on the sides. I saw Gery Berry's sons rendition of a military
exterior treatment and took cues from it.

I'll say this, I see a lote of faces when I drive the thing around. It did
get attention at the Dothan rally I painted it for. With the side car bike
on the trailer travelling the highway I got more than a few looks. Hey,
it's all in fun, next I wanna turn the rof AC into a gun turret...

EM-50 Would be cool but I'm not a body and paint man. Now the "rust bucket" from Ben 10 I could do. Just gotta find out from the rat rod guys how to make that paint that looks like rust. The dish antennas I can get hold of. Just gotta find a reasonable Painted Desert. Well the really hard part will be convincing the CFO that having another project around is a good idea.

Maybe Byron Songer can do a "Rat Rod " styled paint job rendering and see
what that brings. Just a stray thought.

I had been thinking that the tall-looking satellite domes looked a lot like the phalanx turrets - a spacer with a minigun poking out the side underneath the dome, mounted on top of the rv would turn some heads, especially if it could rotate.

The barrels in the grille are a done deal... Very Happy

76 Birchaven - "Wicked Mistress" - New engine, trans, alum radiator, brakes, Sully airbags, fuel lines, seats, adult beverage center... those Coachmen guys were really thinking about us second hand owners by including that beverage center... Columbia, SC.

Not necessary. The producers of Ben 10 have provided a lot of "renderings". <GRIN>

This is to be expected. Everyone secretly does.
