I need to replace my batteries. I have 2 up front passinger side bath regular car batteries. I have one next to the generator a marine deep cycle. Is this correct or should one of the front ones be deep cycle.
Thank You

Because You have a Royale, I have no idea the battery locations and purposes. On your rear battery, I do not know if that is a house battery or just an Onan starting battery. Why type to use there depends on it's purpose.
That said, you want a normal starting battery for the engine.
You want deep cycle battery(s) for the house. If you have two house batteries located side by side then use two 6 volt golf cart wired batteries in series.
If that rear battery is a second house battery wired in parallel with a front house battery then make it a deep cycle of the same type and age as the front one. I do not like parallel house batteries but in this case I do not see any way around it. If they are indeed parallel I would a 50 or 60 amp fuse in the line going up front.

John,
This is an interesting can of worms. You Royale is a Coachman and may not be wired the same as a GM version.
My advice would be to set it up like a GM. Put the house bank in the back and leave the main engine battery up front. If you need a new house bank, blow the coin for the good battery slide. (Someone here will tell you which is the one that gets them all the way out.) And then get a pair of golf cart batteries. Those are real deep cycle. I know, I tested mine last year. They can recover from stupid deep discharging. You will need two in series for 12V.
If your coach is true to form, the front and rear house batteries are probably hard paralleled. I could go on about what a bad idea this is, but it is about time that I should find dinner. Lead/acid batteries never play nicely together, and let's just let it go at that.
The marine "deep cycle" batteries are just slightly modified car batteries. They are really starting batteries with just a little lower electrolyte density so they won't be toast after the first serious discharge. But, they really don't do well at the deep thing at all.

For what its worth I have a 77 Royale.
I downoaded the electrical and plumbing drawings.
Look at the 12V system page 5 of 30. Mine is currently laid out like this. With a "Starting" battery 770 or 800 CCA up front, Then a deep cycle marine 12V behind that. In the back at the Gen Compartment, a near identical size and CCA starting battey.

All the drawings are now printed and 3 hole punched sitting in my coach....
77 Royale, Rear Dry Bath. 403, 3.55 Final Drive, Lenzi goodies, Patterson carb and dizzy.
