Willkommen!

It’s Oktoberfest at the 2014 GMCMI Fall Convention in Chippewa Falls,
Wisconsin, starting Friday, September 26, 2014 thru Thursday, October, 2,
2014. Come early to experience the quaint town, museums, several trails,
Leinenkugel's Brewery, apple orchards, wineries and so much more!

The convention brochure and registration form is available at
www.gmcmi.com/2014f-convention-info. For your convenience download the
interactive registration form, fill it out on your computer and print! So
get those registrations in early!

If you are unable to attend for the entire convention, please contact me
for a pro-rated convention fee. If you have any questions in reference to
the convention, please do not hesitate to contact me.

A finalized schedule and vendor list will be posted when available. Thank
you.

When the location of this rally came out, I looked up "Northern Wisconsin State Fair Chippewa WI" on Google Maps to see where it was and what the place was like. It came up as Permanently Closed! Looking at street level and satellite view, the area did not look too great.

Just recently though Kim posted more information including a street address. Its down one block and around the corner from where Google Maps places it in a search. This looks like a nice little place and we are seriously considering going now.

So if you are using Google Maps to check out the venue, use the 225 Edward Street address in your search.

That area of wisconsin is very nice. I do not have personal experience with the fairgrounds themselves, but surrounding areas have unlimited sightseeing, and attractions.

I am excited, that this is within my AAA 200 mile tow coverage.

looking forward to meeting people in person.

if anybody is crossing through St. Cloud, MN to get there, let me know. I do not have much room, but could probably make room.
