We will be looking for a rear bumper (for a '75 Transmode/Hughes) and the round brackets that go with it. Any parts coaches out there? The PO removed the lot and they are nowhere to be found.

The "round brackets" you refer to were the 5mph bumper system shock absorbers. Look in the parts manual for pictures of the shocks and all the hardware to mount the bumpers to them.

BTW if you look at the parts and take a look at these items in person you will see it should be easy to fabricate "non-shock" replacements.

If you can't find some steel ones, there are fiberglass replacements available ( JinB, JimK, the Curtis's).
