I've got the coach up on blocks to install a True Track system. That is finished. Most parts of the rear brakes are new or nearly new and I recently replaced the fluid and pressure bled the system. It is a drum system. Before installing the wheels are putting the coach down I asked my wife to turn on the vacuum pump and press the brake pedal. When she did this the brakes applied as they should but the left center wheel brake would not release. I'm assuming the wheel cylinder isn't releasing but to this point I haven't done any more than find the problem. Before I start, can you think of anything other than the wheel cylinder that might be the problem? Appreciate your input.

Bad rear brake hose or a binding wheels cylinder. Those cylinders are cheap. If there is any doubt just replace it.
If you think it is the hose, simply open the bleeder. If the brake releases then you have a restriction in the line for just that wheel.

How old are your hoses? I've had some on a 1987 Cadillac Allante about 4 years ago that the inside of the hose closed up. It would let the fluid through to the wheel cylinder but not allow the fluid to return & release pressure in the wheel cyl. New hoses all around fixed the problem
