Trying to figure out which toilet I have so I can order the proper ball flush thing and a new ball flush thing seal.

I have a Sealand 510. It takes this valve:

I don't know anything about a 511, but one ad for the above valve said it would fit the 510 or 511.

Sorry, I misunderstood. It looks like the 510 is standard height (17") and the 511 is low profile. Here is an article on E-How:
