Jared - I just muddled my way through removing all the cabinets and bath in
my 77 Kingsley (side wet bath). I found the Fridge cabinet to be the
hardest to remove, it was held in place with Hidden brackets at the top,
screws in the lower cabinet and triangular floor brackets in the central
vac compartment. I do not know if my PO had made this more difficult than
necessary. But that was my experience. If you are intending to rebuild with
teak..... save yourself some effort and use a sawsall. And btw... can you
send me some of that teak (lol)

Seems like everyone has wood for teak....... pun intended.
I see the stuff everyday, you wouldn't believe what goes into the dumpster every month.
Thanks for letting me know what to expect, although the sawzall would be a quick way to do it, I am going to do it hopefully in the reverse that it was installed. That way I can be sure I know all of the mounting points and can put it back together properly. I also plan on using the removed cabinets as templates for the new wood. Would hate for something like this to come unattached if God forbid I ever got into an accident.

Look on Bdub's site for the "factory assembly manual" It show how GMC put the things together in 1978. Some details did not change from earlier years. Sometimes the parts manual is useful this way but I'm not sure how useful for interiors.

For sure do not discard any of the partitions or roof headliners if you plan on reconstructing with better materials to the same dimensions. And take ten times as many photos as you think will be useful. When it's been out awhile the original parts will help jog the memory. The headliner sections of The Pig were able to be copied out of replacement material and they fit perfectly. WAY easier than trying to measure ceiling stringers and associated vent holes.
