No way can I make the bracket fit Embarassed

the bracket Jerry sent me corresponds with no 19 on the picture where it says fan and drive. it seems to be mounted on the compressor bolt and a valvecover bolt ?
Now on the picture above " radiator mounting" there is a no 23 seemingly at the same place ??

Anybody can say some more about this Otherwise I will just bent some
