Happy Fathers Day, Guys. I'm going to spend at least part of mine putting spark plugs in the GMC.

That's exactly what I put in Dwayne, at the same gap. I had AC R46SZ plugs in for the last 22,000 miles. They look amazingly good.

It's so much more fun to be a grandfather. Teri and I are spending the week in the gmc. At bible camp and will enjoy two of our 16 grand kids here all week.
Happy Fathers Day to all of my friends on the list.

Quick follow up:

I got the plugs all changed out, used NGK XR51X plugs I got from Applied GMC. Gapped them at .038, used anti seize on the threads and torqued them to 25 ft lbs. I also removed the distributor cap and scraped some corrosion off the terminals and cleaned up the rotor. Fired it up when I was done and it ran smooth as silk. I got all this done and took a shower before the kids arrived and grilled up some steaks and vegetables, ate all that plus a baked potato and had apple pie with ice cream for desert.

Happy Fathers Day indeed!
