Rudy. Ive got 1 unit 23' that I might be willing to let go of after this years event. It will have a new Manny Tranny in it. Also, I was at Mark's and took a look at his units a couple weeks ago. He has a 2 23s in Alabama that he is getting rid of. One is in decent shape and the other needs some love but worth the money i believe. I dont really have any against the 23s but I am looking to concentrate on 26s due to the greater amount of sleeping areas. Give me a call when you get a chance and we can talk. Ill be traveling the next 5 days in the southeast but you can always get me on my cell.
Thanx. David

Yes both of mine are for sale. The CanyonLands could probably be placed back in service with a refrigerator and good dose of TLC, but to be done right, needs new frame rails. Did not come from the factory with dash air, but I have procured everything to install dash air except the small ducts on the driver and passenger sides of the firewall. Would sleep 3 adults. The floorplan is here:
http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/data/6131/medium/Floor_Plan_Original.jpg
The Sequoia was in service when I bought it, but a PO had removed the Onan and replaced the fridge with a dorm sized unit that died somewhere between Huntsville and my driveway when I drove it home after purchase. I have the Onan bolted back in, but it still needs fuel plumbing and all of its AC and control wiring restored plus compartment needs to be enclosed in metal. Buzzbox was dead and I have a replacement to install. I have a dual voltage fridge to install. The same PO that removed the Onan removed the propane tank and plumbed the compartment for gas grill tanks. I have the original propane tank and it will convey with the Sequoia. Currently has a permanent bed in the rear and a jack-knife sofa where the dinette used to be. I will proceed with replacing the rear bed with a dinette that folds down to a double bed unless someone buys the Sequoia before I get that done. I have replaced the 16.5" wheels with 16" steel rims and new tires. I have replaced the OEM cockpit seats with Odyssey seats. Will sleep 4 adults. Floorplan will look like this:
