Dave,
I can measure my counter top, length and width, when I get home if that would help. My counter top had been replaced before I bought the coach and had a three burner stove top installed, so none of the cut-outs are standard. It DID have the original sink though.
I have since replaced the laminate counter top with Corian, an undermount sink, and a two burner sink.

Here's what the old one looked like:

I'm guessing you still have the cabinet in place. That is about the only set of dimensions I could provide. I think the original counter top had a very shallow backsplash, a few inches from the wall, with a flat piece of counter behind it. The sink will be as far to the right and the front as you can get it a without interfering with the cabinet face frame below it. The stove cutout will be dictated by the location of the stove underneath as well. It shouldn't be too hard to lay out.

I have a 1978 palm beach that I believe is stock. What dimensions do you need?

I'll take a look tomorrow. Too bad you aren't closer, you could just take the whole counter top!
