Hi erf:
Thanks for shrinking and loading the pictures for me.
I made the relacement door from a window screen kit from Ace Hardware. It is 13-1/4 wide by 13-5/8 tall. It is held in place by two small screws angled into the bottom of the door frame, easily removed for refilling. Two small screws in the door serve as handles. I used plastic window screen but I may remake it with shade cloth or a double thickness of window screen for less see-through.

Thanks again Gene.

Nice job, Jack.
When I needed one of those, and a refrigerator vent door, several years ago
(at least 12), I went to a large sheet metal shop in Macon, GA, who made
them quickly and cheaply. I suspect not all such shops have the louver
making equipment they used, but they do a lot of aircraft part fabrication
for the nearby USAF base.
They even made a perfect replacement for a 2'x3'x0.080" basement door for
my 40' SOB for about half the manufacturer's price.
Anyone needing a door should check with such local shops.
