I cant say for your model. My palm beach, Had a bolted on thetford valve. Using a seal. The valves are rare, And spendy. Mine leaked, And i ised sealant and glue and made it a permanant part of tank.
Now on mine the top bolts were threaded direct into tank and i can see how those are easily those could get stripped, and that would be a tough repair.
That theadford valve i think is easily identified as white.
I have lots of pics i have not had to post. Send me your email. And i have some good photos.

Appie,
Since you said NEW black tank, the new one I got from Jim K has a slip on connection with a Valterra valve that slips over a short (maybe 25 mm) outlet on the tank. I haven't put it in yet, but I think he said to put silicone on the joint and use a hose clamp.

my new tank, had a slip on out let. I have a picture of that too.
I did not figure out how to get the valtera to fit, when I put it in last week, I have a rubber 3" coupler, that goes to just a 3" pipe. my valtera valve is further to the rear and is opened up on the passenger side. that was installed a few years ago, when I installed my macerator, and the original thetford valve was a leaker.
on my palm beach, the space between the outlet of the tank, and cross member of the new black tank is pretty tight.
I am not finished, I intend on re-doing my macerator install a little bit, because it hangs down a little more then I like, so I do plan on revisiting best way to install a valtera right off the new tank, and go back to the driver side original opening.
